What do you do at 2 o’clock in the morning when you have just arrived in Heathrow’s new terminal 5 on a 12 hour flight from Florida and you are told that your baggage has been delayed by the current backlog and you will have to wait 6 more hour’s before you can collect it.

Apart from getting arrested for foul and abusive behaviour (Naomi Campbell springs to mind) you could always calm down and check into a hotel.
