So there I was in a private car driving home from stunning Lexington-area horse country with famed restauranteur Danny Meyer. Between his business calls, I was hoping to talk to him about food, restaurants and travel.

Earlier, we had blown our minds on the realities of stud farms at elite Three Chimneys Farm. The 2000-acre farm is picture perfect–just how you would imagine Kentucky to look. Perfectly manicured lawns! Acres of them!

It wasn’t but two weeks ago that I walked into a Volkswagon dealership to lease a car in my new place of residence, San Francisco, CA. All I needed was a cute little car to get me around town and I ended up leaving the dealership with a whole lot more. As I am sure everyone knows, leasing a car is a pretty lengthy process. Naturally, I began chatting with a woman so as not to be bored out of my mind due to the wait. It turns out that this woman is the publicist for Yanni, has done work with many other famous music artists, and is now the publicist for a new artist named Fred Nassiri. Ishared withher that I was an intern in the marketing department at Tango Diva and that I also had an interest in public relations. Within five minutes, she was on the phone with Nassiri Music and was arranging for me to fly around the world with Nassiri himself and be his publicist. Within 72 hours I was on my way in a private jetto the first stop of the tour, Kaua’i, HI. From there I have been in Beijing, Seoul, and I am leaving tonight for Tokyo. So, for all of those interested in jet-setting around the world in private planes and visiting some of the most incredible monuments known to man, just get over to your nearest Volkswagon dealership as fast as you possibly can. You just might end up driving yourself home in a brand spankin’ new Jetta to pack up your suitcase and head offon a private jet to see the world!

Our group went on a bike ride to the salt lake today. It was a pretty gentle ride, but I hear there are harsher bike rides and excursions that the resort offers. Honestly, I don’t really care to break anything more than a bottle of wine open, so breaking a sweat is not on my itinerary.

The solar powered 'Innovation Hotel' – now available for virtual viewing and exploring on IHG's Web site – outlines the latest technology in energy and water conservation and recycling. The project's features, listed below, may be earmarked as standard across all IHG brands within the next few years, according to company executives.

I just got back from the wonderful Beauty in the Bahamas trip. Over 40 Divas from NYC to LA chilled in Paradise Island. It’s always great to see women getting together and treating themselves to much-deserved pampering and playing. My favorite activity was jet skiing through the warm, crystal blue water. We were catching air over waves and jumping into the healing Caribbean waters. Even though it was a quick trip, it was enough for me to reset and relax for a few days.
