A Vikings Travel Story by Kelly E.
Seven or eight years ago my husband and I traveled to Minnesota from Arkansas to visit my family. So, after looking at the calendar to attend a Women’s Conference with my mother, grandmother, aunt and cousins, we discovered that the Minnesota Vikings were playing my husband’s beloved Buffalo Bills around the same time we were planning to visit. It was a beautiful day in the great Twin Cities. My husband had done some research and found some Minnesota Bills Backers meeting place to share some camaraderie with some fellow Bills fans. I dressed in my MN gear and he in his Bills jersey to attend the party. There was a caravan to the stadium and our seats were all together.

A Vikings Travel Story by Bryan B.
My Vikings story starts with an unexpected phone call. I was traveling to my home town of Detroit Lakes (I now live near Nashville) and had informed an old high school friend that I was coming through the Twin Cities and would like to meet to catch up. He called me a couple of days before I was to leave Tennessee and asked if I could stay a couple extra days on my way back to Tennessee after my trip. I told him I probably could not with my work schedule (I’m a fireman, work 24 hour shifts). He then told me why: “I have two tickets. Up against the press box. 40 yard line. Lambeau Field, Vikings vs. Packers.” I then told him, “I’ll figure something out on this end, count me in!”

A travel story by - Mary Ann S.
Although I’d been to the UK many times, it was like seeing it for the first time when I took my 9-year-old grandson on his initial visit. We were based in Oxford for a special Harry Potter program but had plenty of time for side trips.

A travel story by - Kristy M.
It was Winter break of my first year in college. As my friends all went home to their families, Heather & I had a better idea for vacation. We were off on a plane to Germany to visit Heather’s sister, Dana, who was studying in Germany for the academic year and had a surprise waiting for us on the other side of the world.
